Enkele Turkse taalkundigen probeerden - betreffende officiële steun betreffende de Turkse overheid - zelfs met te tonen dat het Koerdisch ons dialect zou bestaan betreffende het Turks.[12] In een jaren tachtig werd ons ander eufemisme bedacht voor een Koerden; ze werden sindsdien geregistreerd indien "Oostelijke Turken" (doğulu). Veel medewerkers met de SIS (Turks Schrijftafel voor een Statistiek) die dit bij de volkstelling betreffende 1985 mogelijk wilden produceren met burgers in een volkstellingslijsten aan te geven het ze indien tweede taal Koerdisch spraken, werden hiertoe door een staat aangeklaagd.
Dit blijft sindsdien onrustig in de streek. Voor een Koerden in de overige landen blijft autonomie voorlopig iets het ver straat is. Onafhankelijk aangaande elkaar bestaan de Koerdische gewest’s te zwak teneinde alleen te zijn en een overheersende landen Iran, Irak, Turkije en Syrië laten deze strategische gebied’s ook niet onverwacht kunnen.
